In addition to the powers authorized by Chapter 189, Oklahoma Session Laws 1965, Sections 1-9, providing for interlocal cooperation among governmental agencies, libraries covered by this Code shall have the power to contract with private agencies under the same terms and conditions as stated in that act. Added by Laws 1967, c. 45, § 5-101, emerg. eff. April 6, 1967.
