The right, title, interest and estate of a decedent in and to airspace shall pass at his death by testamentary disposition, or in the event of intestacy, shall pass in the same manner as provided by the laws of this state for the descent of other real property. Added by Laws 1973, c. 199, § 8, eff. Oct. 1, 1973.
