§58-421. Notice of sale at public auction.

When a sale is ordered to be made at public auction, notice of the time and place of sale must be published once each week for two
(2)consecutive weeks in a newspaper in each county in which any part of the real property to be sold is situated, and in the county where the order is made and by mailing a copy of said notice to all heirs, legatees and devisees of the decedent whose addresses are known. The real property to be sold must be described with common certainty in the notice. The day of sale must not be earlier than ten
(10)days from the date of the first publication of the notice.
