Wherever the term "newspaper" appears herein, it shall mean newspaper as defined by 25 O.S.1961, Sec. 106, as amended by Section 1, Chapter 63, O.S.L.1967 (25 O.S.Supp.1968 Section. 106), and by
House Bill No. 1253, First Session, Thirty-second Legislature of the State of Oklahoma. Laws 1969, c. 302, § 37, eff. Jan. 1, 1970.
