The Oklahoma Family Support Act is intended to:
1. Keep families together;
2. Facilitate the return of children with developmental disabilities from out-of-home placements to their families' homes;
3. Prevent or delay the out-of-home placement of children with severe developmental disabilities who reside in their families' homes. Added by Laws 1992, c. 277, § 3, eff. July 1, 1992.
