- Limitations.
There shall be no distribution of federally donated agricultural commodities under the commodity distribution program to individuals or households in a county participating in the food stamp program except during emergency situations or as authorized by federal law or the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture. Added by Laws 1972, c. 62, § 2, operative July 1, 1972.
