§56-223. Human Services Medical and Assistance Fund.

There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund for the Commission for Human Services, to be designated the "Human Services Medical and Assistance Fund". The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of receipts from the federal government, monies appropriated to the Department of Human Services by the State Legislature, and other receipts of the Department of Human Services as shall be directed by the Commission for Human Services.
All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Commission of Human Services as may be necessary in order to carry out the duties imposed upon the said Commission pursuant to subsection D of Section 41.21 of Title 62 of the Oklahoma Statutes. Added by Laws 1988, c. 326, § 43, emerg. eff. July 13, 1988.
