Proceeds derived by a county from any sale of real estate deeded to it or held by it for use as indigent care facilities shall be credited to the county's building fund. Added by Laws 1910-11, c. 75, p. 173, § 6. Amended by Laws 1969, c. 25, § 1, eff. Feb. 17, 1969; Laws 1994, c. 87, § 27, eff. Sept. 1, 1994.
