§40-9-102. Repeal.

REPEAL. The Oklahoma Employment Security Act, 40 O.S. 1971, Sections 211 through 238.1, both inclusive, as amended, is hereby repealed subject to the provisions of Section 9-103, except that 40 O.S. 1971, Section 226

(a)and

(b)are not repealed. Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 9-102, eff. July 1, 1980.
