COMMISSION'S CONCLUSIONS OF FACTS CONCLUSIVE. In any judicial review under this part the findings of the Commission, or its duly authorized representative, as to the facts, if supported by evidence and in the absence of fraud, shall be conclusive, and the jurisdiction of the court shall be confined to questions of law. Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 3-404, eff. July 1, 1980.
