DEFINITIONS OF TERMS APPLICABLE TO EXTENDED BENEFITS. The words and phrases used in this Part shall, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, have the meanings prescribed in this part. Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 2-701, eff. July 1, 1980.
