CONDITIONS FOR ELIGIBILITY. An unemployed individual shall be eligible to receive benefits with respect to any week only if the Commission finds that he satisfies the provisions of this Part 2. Added by Laws 1980, c. 323, § 2-202, eff. July 1, 1980.
