The laws of this state relating to violations and investigations of livestock brands shall be enforced and carried out by the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and any agriculture law enforcement agent of the state. Added by Laws 1965, c. 400, § 1, eff. July 1, 1965. Amended by Laws 1968, c. 107, § 1, emerg. eff. April 1, 1968; Laws 2009, c. 373, § 2, eff. Nov. 1, 2009; Laws 2017, c. 167, § 10, eff.
