Court Fund Collection System.
Effective January 6, 2003, the Supreme Court may appoint a judge for the purpose of enhancing revenue collections for the courts by directing, managing and maintaining the Oklahoma Court Fund Collection System. The judge shall be a supernumerary judge and shall have the jurisdiction and authority of a district judge. Such appointment shall be for a term of four
(4)years. The appointee shall be eligible for reappointment and shall be eligible to
participate in the Uniform Retirement System for Justices and Judges. Added by Laws 2002, c. 426, § 2, eff. July 1, 2002.
