§20-43. Trial by jury in contempt proceedings, when.

In all cases where the Criminal Court of Appeals has caused attachment to issue against any person for the violation of any order or mandate issued by said Court, if said person, after he has been brought before said Court under such proceedings, shall demand a trial by jury in such case, the same shall be given in the same manner as required of the Supreme Court in similar cases. R.L. 1910, § 1772.
