As used in this section and sections 9.86 and 9.87 of the Revised Code:
(A)"Officer or employee" has the same meaning as in division
(A)of section 109.36 of the Revised Code.
(B)"State" has the same meaning as in division
(B)of section 109.36 of the Revised Code.
(C)"Political subdivision" has the same meaning as in division
(C)of section 109.36 of the Revised Code.
(D)"Employer" has the same meaning as in division
(D)of section 109.36 of the Revised Code.
(E)"Motor vehicle" includes automobiles, trucks, motor vehicles with auxiliary equipment, self-propelling equipment or trailers, aircraft, or watercraft.
