§ 193. Rules and regulations. The commissioner shall promulgate rules
and regulations for the operation of the industrial effectiveness
program, which shall include:
1. the criteria to be used in determining industrial firms eligible
for assistance and the nature and extent of commitments required of
owners or managers of assisted firms;
2. the procedures and criteria to be used in selecting and retaining
experts to be used in diagnosing problems of specific industrial firms
and in undertaking productivity assessments and feasibility studies; and
3. the fees to be charged for assistance provided to groups of
industrial firms or individual firms.
