NRS 688C.360 Establishment and maintenance by licensee of system of control; responsibility for advertisements. Each licensee under this chapter shall establish and continuously maintain a system of control over the content, form and method of dissemination of all advertisements of its contracts and services. Each advertisement is the responsibility of the licensee as well as the person who creates or presents it. A system of control must include notification to persons authorized by the licensee who disseminate advertisements, at least annually, of the requirements and procedures for approval before use of any advertisements not furnished by the licensee.
