NRS 688C.213 Probation of broker or investment agent of viatical settlements for acting in bad faith. The Commissioner may place a broker or investment agent of viatical settlements on probation if the Commissioner finds that the broker or investment agent of viatical settlements has acted in bad faith with regard to a viator.
