NRS 658.185 Incidental powers of Commissioner. In addition to the express powers, duties and functions given to the Commissioner by chapters 657 to 671 , inclusive, of NRS, the Commissioner has such other powers and rights as may be necessary or incident to the proper discharge of the Commissioner’s duties.
