NRS 604D.510 Annual examinations by Commissioner. [Effective through December 31, 2029.] The Commissioner or his or her authorized representative may at least annually make an examination of the place of business of each licensee and of the transactions, books, accounts, papers and records of the person as they pertain to the business of a provider and its activities conducted pursuant to a license issued pursuant to this chapter.
