NRS 604D.090 “Employer-integrated earned wage access services” defined. [Effective through December 31, 2029.] “Employer-integrated earned wage access services” means the delivery to a user of access to earned but unpaid income determined based on employment, income or attendance data obtained directly or indirectly from an employer, including, without limitation, an employer’s payroll service provider.
