NRS 433.625 “Certificate” defined. [Effective on the later of July 1, 2026, or the date on which the Nevada Certification Board, or its successor organization, ceases certifying certified prevention specialists, peer recovery support specialists or peer recovery support specialist supervisors.] “Certificate” means a certificate issued by the Division that authorizes the holder to hold himself or herself out as a certified prevention specialist or provide or supervise the provision of peer recovery support services, as applicable.
