NRS 353.730 “Private nonprofit corporation” defined. [Effective July 1, 2026.] “Private nonprofit corporation” means an organization that has been granted tax-exempt status by the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to the provisions of section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, 26 U.S.C. § 501(c)(3).
