NRS 338.127 Employer authorized to enforce health and safety requirements notwithstanding protections for hair texture and protective hairstyles. Notwithstanding the protections in this chapter for hair texture and protective hairstyles, an employer may enforce health and safety requirements set forth in federal or state law.
