NRS 169.151 “Prohibited offense” defined.
1. “Prohibited offense” means:
(a)A violation of a temporary order for protection;
(b)A violation of NRS 200.575 ;
(c)A crime of violence;
(d)A violation of NRS 483.490 ; or
(e)A violation of NRS 483.560 .
2. As used in this section, “temporary order for protection” means an order for protection which may be issued by a court without affording the adverse party notice and an opportunity to be heard.
