NRS 122.210 Unauthorized issuance of marriage license by county clerk. If any county clerk shall issue or sign any marriage license in any manner other than is authorized by this chapter, the county clerk shall forfeit and pay a sum not exceeding $1,000 to and for the use of the person aggrieved.
