The Superior Court and municipal courts, within their respective territorial jurisdictions, may grant such writs and orders as may be appropriate, including search warrants, according to the practice of such courts and in a summary manner, to enable the officers and employees of the department effectively to enforce the provisions of law which the department is charged with enforcing.
