Expenses Incurred by Order of Supreme Court. Expenses incurred by order of the Supreme Court in the execution of its duties, the payment of which is not otherwise provided by law, shall be paid by the State Treasurer, from any appropriation available to the court, when directed by the order of the court, which order shall be attested by the justice presiding in the court at the time the order is made.
