18A:13-29. Issuance of bonds of constituent district by all purpose regional district

If in any consolidated district, or local district comprising two or more municipalities, which is comprised in an all purpose regional district, the issuance of bonds of said consolidated district or district comprising two or more municipalities has been authorized and approved by referendum in accordance with this title before the creation of such regional district and all or any part of such issue of bonds remained or remain unissued at the time of the creation of the regional district, such authorization and approval shall, be authority for the issuance of bonds of the regional district in same amount and for the same purpose or purposes after the date of such creation, as though such authorization and approval by referendum had been given in the regional districts after the creation thereof.
The bonds so issued shall be dated and sold and made payable in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and any provisions of resolutions with respect to the dates and maturities of such bonds shall not affect the powers of the regional board of education with respect to such dates and maturities.
