§9–2412.
(1)The Board shall elect the chair from among its members.
(2)The term of the chair is 2 years.
(1)The Board shall meet at least once each quarter at the times and places set by the Board.
(2)The Board may call special meetings at the request of:
(i)the chair;
(ii)the Director; or
(iii)a majority of the members of the Board.
(c)A majority of the members then serving on the Board is a quorum.
(d)A member of the Board:
(1)may not receive compensation as a member of the Board; but
(2)is entitled to reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.
