§2–317.
(a)If the license of an audiologist, hearing aid dispenser, speech–language pathologist, or speech–language pathology assistant is suspended or revoked under § 2–314 of this subtitle, and it is not reinstated by the Board within 5 years, the Board may not reinstate it.
(b)If a license may not be reinstated under subsection
(a)of this section, an audiologist, hearing aid dispenser, speech–language pathologist, or speech–language pathology assistant may apply for a new license by meeting the current licensing requirements for obtaining a new license under this title and any additional requirements determined by the Board.
