§21–411.
(a)To qualify for a permit, a person shall comply with the requirements of this subtitle and the rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle.
(b)In addition to the requirements of subsection
(a)of this section, to qualify for a certified industry dairy farm inspector permit or a bulk milk hauler/sampler permit, Grade A classification, the applicant shall meet the requirements of the Grade A Pasteurized Milk Ordinance.
(c)In addition to the requirements of subsection
(a)of this section, to qualify for a certified industry dairy farm inspector permit or a bulk milk hauler/sampler permit, manufactured milk classification, the applicant shall meet the requirements of Milk for Manufacturing Purposes and Its Production and Processing: Recommended Requirements.
