§19–724.
(a)Except as provided in subsection
(b)of this section, a health maintenance organization may solicit members through advertising its services, charges, or nonprofessional aspects of its operation.
(b)A health maintenance organization may not use any advertising that makes any qualitative judgment about any person who provides services for a health maintenance organization.
