§11–303.2.
Subject to § 11–302(d)(3)(ii) of this subtitle, if a local board receives more than one ballot from the same individual, the local board shall:
(1)count the first ballot from the individual that the local board determines is legally sufficient; and
(2)reject any other ballot.
