§9.5–205.
(a)The Council shall meet at least three times per calendar year.
(b)Meetings shall be:
(1)Open to the general public;
(2)Held in a place accessible to the general public; and
(3)Announced in advance.
(c)Minutes shall be kept of all Council meetings.
