§4–205.
(a)Before trial, a court exercising criminal jurisdiction in a case involving a child may order the child to undergo blood lead level testing.
(b)A copy of the results of a test performed under subsection
(a)of this section shall be provided to:
(1)the child;
(2)the child’s parent or guardian;
(3)the child’s counsel; and
(4)the State’s Attorney.
