§13–1903.
(a)Subject to subsection
(b)of this section, a qualified organization may conduct a benefit performance to which the public is invited or admitted with or without charge.
(b)The net proceeds of the benefit performance:
(1)shall benefit the qualified organization;
(2)shall be used for the purposes of the qualified organization; and
(3)may not benefit the private gain of a member of the qualified organization.
