Section 5. The register shall note on every such copy the day, hour and minute when received, and record it in his office. He shall enter in the indexes provided for in chapter thirty-six the name or names of the plaintiff and defendant as stated in the copy, the time when execution was levied, the time the copy was recorded and the court that issued the execution.
