Section 7. A dealer may bring an action for damages sustained as a result of
(1)failure to make such disclosures as are required in section three; or
(2)failure to make an offer in good faith to repurchase as required in section four; or
(3)wrongful termination of or failure to renew his agreement as set forth in section five; or
(4)any violation of section six. This remedy is in addition to all other remedies available under contract or provided by law. If the court finds that the violation of this chapter has been willful the court may allow reasonable attorney fees.
