Section 9E. No person employed as a chaplain by the commonwealth shall be classified under chapter thirty-one or be subject to the provisions of sections nine A, nine B, nine D, or twenty-four A of chapter thirty, or sections thirty A or thirty B of chapter one hundred and forty-nine.
