Section 37: Work-related expense deduction

Section 37. The department shall allow applicants or recipients, who are employed, a monthly $200 work-related expense deduction from gross wages in determining eligibility and the amount of the cash assistance grant. The department shall promulgate regulations in accordance with this section.
