Sec. 9-104.3. Applicability of Article. All common interest community associations electing pursuant to paragraph
(8)of subsection
(a)of Section 9-102 to have this Article made applicable to such association shall follow the same procedures and have the same rights and responsibilities as condominium associations under this Article.
