Any material or load consisting of waste from the facilities of the generator of the waste when transported for disposal or to a permitted recycling or waste processing facility when the generator receives no direct or indirect compensation from anyone for the material or load and when transported by a truck specially equipped with a selfcompactor or an industrial roll-off hoist and roll-off container.
