Sec. 3-5020.5. Information concerning recorded or filed instruments. Each instrument recorded or filed with the county recorder must contain the following:
(1)The name and address of the person to whom the instrument is to be returned.
(2)The recorder's document number of any instrument
(i)referred to in the instrument
being recorded or filed or
(ii)relating to the instrument being recorded or filed, such as, without limitation, the recorder's document number of a mortgage when the instrument being recorded or filed is a release of that mortgage.
(3)The book and page number, if applicable, or document number of any instrument
referred to in the instrument being recorded or filed or
(ii)relating to the instrument being recorded or filed.
