Sec. 12-4.105. Human poison control center; payment program. Subject to funding availability resulting from transfers made from the Hospital Provider Fund to the Healthcare Provider Relief Fund as authorized under this Code, for State fiscal year 2017 and State fiscal year 2018, and for each State fiscal year thereafter in which the assessment under Section 5A-2 is imposed, the Department of Healthcare and Family Services shall pay to the human poison control center designated under the Poison Control System Act an amount of not less than $3,000,000 for each of State fiscal years 2017 through 2020, and for State fiscal years 2021 through 2023 an amount of not less than $3,750,000 and for State fiscal year 2024 an amount of not less than $4,000,000, and for State fiscal year 2025 an amount not less than $4,500,000, and for State fiscal year 2026, and each fiscal year thereafter, an amount of not less than $4,750,000, if the human poison control center is in operation.
