Sec. 14-5.1. Each judge of election shall be identified as such by a suitable badge or label authorized and issued by the board of election commissioners that:
(1)clearly states it is authorized by the board of election commissioners;
(2)identifies the individual as an election judge; and
(3)contains a unique identifier that consists of the precinct number and assigns the judge of election a single letter. In accordance with this Section, the badge shall follow the form of "Precinct number, Judge letter".
