154A.23 Disciplinary orders — attorney general.

The department shall forward a copy of all final disciplinary orders, with associated complaints, to the attorney general for consideration for prosecution or enforcement when warranted. The attorney general and all county attorneys shall assist the department in the enforcement of the provisions of this chapter.
