(1)The department shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 120.536
(1)and 120.54 to implement the provisions of this act.
(2)Information which, if released, would identify donors and amounts contributed by donors to the trust fund, or to the local organization’s matching fund, is, at the request of the donor, confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07 (1). Information which, if released, would identify prospective donors is confidential and exempt from the provisions of s. 119.07
(1)when the department or the local organization has identified the prospective donor itself and has not obtained the name of the prospective donor by copying, purchasing, or borrowing names from another organization or source.
