216.275 Clearing accounts.

No clearing account may be established outside the State Treasury pursuant to s. 17.58
(2)unless approved by the Chief Financial Officer during the fiscal year. Each agency, or the judicial branch, desiring to maintain a clearing account outside the State Treasury shall submit a written request to do so to the Chief Financial Officer in accordance with the format and manner prescribed by the Chief Financial Officer. The Chief Financial Officer shall maintain a listing of all clearing accounts approved during the fiscal year.
